Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. 
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Innerwear and Undergarments are Non Returnable and Non Refundable.

2. Return Process
Email us at spencaclothing@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Include photos/videos if the item is defective or damaged.
Upon approval, you will receive return instructions.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 days.

4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. will deliver the product within 5-7days after receiving the exchanged one.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error  defective product , we will cover the shipping costs.
For other reasons, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
6. Refund will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse.
