Replacement Policy

We do not offer refunds on any products purchased through our website. However, we offer replacement for eligible products under the conditions outlined below.

A replacement may be provided if:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive a defective product.
You receive the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement Request

To request a replacement, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number.
Share clear photographs or videos showing the issue with the product.
Retain the product and its original packaging until the replacement process is completed.

Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information before approving a replacement.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

The product has been used improperly or damaged due to misuse.
The request is made after the replacement period has expired.
The product has been altered or modified after delivery.
The issue is due to normal wear and tear.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for any products once an order has been placed and delivered.

In cases where a replacement is approved but the same product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Shipping for Replacement

If the replacement request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product, we will provide instructions regarding the return and replacement process. Where applicable, replacement shipping costs will be borne by Spenca.
